Meet the Team
Jamie Jorgensen
General Manager
Jamie grew up in the small town of Tomahawk, Wisconsin, where she began her career in the restaurant industry over 23 years ago. She has been with Morrissey Hospitality for 13 years, with the majority spent at The Saint Paul Grill. She has always been passionate about making dining experiences memorable for her guests. She loves the fact that in the hospitality industry, no day is ever the same – with new people to meet, great food to offer and wonderful service to provide. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, reading, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.

James Freeman
Executive Chef
James is a Minnesota-born-and-raised Chef. Having spent many years working as a culinary professional, he has been with Morrissey Hospitality for three years at a variety of locations. He plans to use his experience in the industry to someday open his own restaurant. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, hockey and skating in the winter, spending time with his family and friends, and trying new local food establishments.

We do! Reservations can be made on the Stockyards website, or by calling 651.538.1441. While we have plenty of room at Stockyards, we highly recommend making reservations — especially during peak hours and on weekends.
